3-month-old boy killed in Russian strike on Ukraine, 39 wounded

A three-month-old boy was killed and at least 39 people, including children, were wounded in Russian strikes on Ukraine's Dnipropetrovsk and Kherson regions. Russia claimed it shot down nearly 600 Ukrainian drones overnight, though debris from some of them still caused widespread damage on the ground.
