Siemoniak: Russia wanted to kill someone on Warsaw's streets

Interior Minister Tomasz Siemoniak commented on the arrest in Poland of a hired killer who was preparing to murder a US and Ukrainian citizen. Siemoniak said Russia wanted to both eliminate the target and show it can operate freely on Polish streets, including in Warsaw and Biała Podlaska.
