Sułek-Schubert loses heptathlon lead after long jump

Adrianna Sułek-Schubert ended the first day of the heptathlon in the lead, but fouled two long jump attempts despite landing around 6.40–6.50 m. After her failed jumps, the overall leader changed. Her rivals, including Switzerland's Annik Kälin, had been jumping more than half a metre further this season.
