Earthquake shakes southern Spain — buildings and cars damaged

An earthquake struck southern Spain overnight, jolting residents awake and forcing many out of their homes to wait out the tremors outside. The quake caused damage to buildings and cars in the affected region. A local resident commented: "After the eclipse, this is starting to look very much like the end of the world."
