Free credit sanction lawsuits slow sharply: quarterly growth now single-digit

Listed Polish banks faced over 25,200 free-credit-sanction lawsuits in Q2 2026. The growth rate of new cases has slowed sharply, with quarter-on-quarter dynamics now in the single digits. Previously the surge in claims had raised significant concerns across the banking sector.
