Putin boasts of capturing Sviatohirsk, Ukraine denies it: he mixed up city names

Vladimir Putin, speaking to journalists after the Shanghai Cooperation Organisation summit in Bishkek, claimed Russian forces had captured Sviatohirsk in Ukraine. Ukraine promptly denied the claim. Commentators noted that Putin appeared to confuse and stumble over the names of Ukrainian towns he was boasting about capturing.
