House construction costs up over 10% year-on-year: labour costs soar up to 36%

Reaching the developer-ready construction stage now costs more than 10% more than a year ago, according to data from wielkiebudowanie.pl. Labour is the main driver, with costs rising between a dozen and over 36% year-on-year. Some building material prices have edged lower but do not offset the surge in labour costs.
