Hungary: 827 million euros for ventilators at inflated prices. Prosecution investigates

Hungary's Foreign Ministry, led by Péter Szijjártó, spent 827 million euros during the pandemic (roughly 3.55 billion zloty) on ventilators purchased at drastically inflated prices from newly created firms linked to the ruling camp. Prosecutors have opened an investigation. It ranks among Hungary's biggest corruption scandals in recent years.
