German power grid sabotage: perpetrators admit in letters

Germany is investigating attacks on the power grid in North Rhine-Westphalia and Brandenburg. Two letters reached law enforcement in which the authors admit to carrying out sabotage. Details about the perpetrators and motives have not been disclosed.
