EU to send 200 million euros to Greenland in response to Trump threats

The European Commission will announce new funding of 200 million euros for Greenland. The information about the funds will be presented by the Commission president during a visit to Nuuk, the territory's capital. The package is intended in part as a response to Donald Trump's threats against the island, which he has repeatedly suggested annexing to the USA.
