Nigeria: four arrested for illegal organ removal from vulnerable victims

Nigerian police arrested four people, including two doctors, for illegally removing kidneys. Victims were mostly young, uneducated people in difficult financial situations; their organs were destined for wealthy transplant patients. Operations were conducted illegally.
