Italy, France and Spain massively issue visas to Russians despite EU sanctions

Despite the EU's declared isolation of Russia, the number of tourist visas issued to Russians has dramatically grown since 2023. Italy, France and Spain lead among EU countries granting visas to Russian citizens. These figures contradict the official position of the European Union.
