Marian W. "Maniek" to face trial in Katowice in fuel scandal

The appellate court ruled on jurisdictional dispute and referred the case of Marian W., alias "Maniek", to the District Court in Katowice. The accused is a key figure in the Zondacrypto scandal and a suspect in the disappearance of Sylwester Suszko. The charges concern massive fuel fraud — fake invoices worth nearly 1.3 billion zloty and transfers exceeding 1.5 billion zloty.
