OSW expert: Russia has been preparing for war with NATO since mid-2000s

Marek Menkiszak of the Center for Eastern Studies (OSW) assessed that Russia has been preparing for a conflict with NATO since at least the mid-first decade of the 21st century. According to the expert, these are not recent preparations but a years-long, consistent process. Menkiszak spoke in the program "Most Important Questions".
