Defense Ministry forms 87th Anti-Aircraft Regiment in Brzesck: thousand soldiers
Defense Minister Władysław Kosiniak-Kamysz announced on Friday the start of forming the 87th Anti-Aircraft Regiment in Brzesck in Małopolskie Province. The unit is eventually to have one thousand soldiers and be equipped with anti-missile, anti-aircraft and anti-drone defense systems. Kosiniak-Kamysz described the regiment's creation as another layer of protection for Polish skies against missiles, aircraft and drones.
