Explosion at military facility in Bolivia: 2 dead, 52 wounded

At least two people died and 52 were wounded after detonation of pyrotechnic materials at a military facility in Viacha, Bolivia. The explosion occurred at the General Maintenance Center RAM-2 "Bolivar".
