Former Estonian intelligence chief: Germany responds too weakly to Russia

Dr Arnold Sinisalu, head of Estonian intelligence from 2013–2023, warns that Russia deliberately targets Germany by supporting the AfD's rise. In his view, if Germany turns away from Ukraine, other European nations will lose motivation to continue aid. Sinisalu says Berlin's approach to Moscow has been insufficiently forceful.
