Russian drone strikes Ukrainian security headquarters in Kyiv

A Russian drone struck the headquarters of Ukrainian security services in central Kyiv without warning, according to President Volodymyr Zelenskyy. The attack came despite Moscow's declared three-day ceasefire on strikes against the capital. It was the fifth air alert in Kyiv within 24 hours.
