UN experts urge arms embargo on entire Sudan

A UN expert panel called for expanding the arms embargo to all of Sudan and enforcing it — according to a report presented to the Human Rights Council. The conflict has lasted over three years; the report also identifies foreign actors' responsibility for its continuation. Current embargo covers only part of the country.
