Nepal: two workers rescued after 9 days in tunnel following flood

Two workers trapped in a hydroelectric plant tunnel have been rescued after nine days following flooding in Nepal. Local authorities estimate that around 900 workers remain missing across 12 hydropower projects, with approximately 500 of them possibly trapped in tunnels. Rescue operations continue.
