UOKiK orders four banks to reconsider scam victim complaints

Alior Bank, mBank, BNP Paribas and Bank Millennium must reconsider customer complaints after refusing to refund money from unauthorized transactions. The decision ends UOKiK investigations that lasted nearly four years. The office is conducting similar proceedings against ten other banks.
