Botanika Farm cancels IPO, citing valuation below management expectations

Botanika Farm S.A. cancelled its planned initial public offering on the main GPW market on September 14, forgoing up to 15 million zloty in capital. Management cited a valuation from the book-building process that did not meet its expectations. The decision came despite record results in the first half of 2026, when profit rose 185 percent.
