Egypt raising visa fees from January 2027

From January 2027, tourists visiting Egypt will pay more for entry and transit visas – the administrative fee will increase. Simultaneously, Egyptian airports are rolling out a digital document issuing system. The changes apply to both visas obtained before travel and those issued on arrival.
