Vandals painted train and trapped passengers: five suspects detained
On the night of September 19-20, vandals spray-painted a Szczecin–Świnoujście train at rest in Ładzin, covering windows, doors, and external cameras—preventing staff from safely operating the train and trapping passengers in cars. Damages exceeded 92,000 zloty. Police secured a sports camera found at the scene, which also recorded a break-in at a Berlin U-Bahn depot. Kamień Pomorski police, with support from Szczecin's criminal division, detained five people; further detentions are possible.
