Paramount moving Series B shares from Nasdaq to NYSE in October

Paramount announced it will move its Series B share listings from Nasdaq to the New York Stock Exchange in early October. In a filing with the SEC, the company noted that the exact date may change due to a pending merger with Warner Bros. Discovery worth 110 billion dollars.
