Poland implements DSA: UKE to oversee platforms, new user rights
The Ministry of Digitization has prepared two bills implementing the EU Digital Services Act after the president vetoed an earlier law in January. The first law designates the head of the Office of Electronic Communications as digital services coordinator — responsible for handling user complaints and proceedings against platforms that violate regulations. Deputy Prime Minister Krzysztof Gawkowski stressed that users cannot be powerless against decisions by large platforms.
