Tax authority shuts down 22 illegal tobacco factories, goods worth 264 million zloty

Poland's National Revenue Administration, working with other agencies, shut down 22 illegal tobacco factories and cutting facilities. The seized goods, machinery and raw materials exceeded 264 million zloty in value. The operation targeted organized criminal groups responsible for producing, storing and distributing illegal tobacco products. Authorities traced entire criminal chains from production organizers to distributors.
