Strong cyclone over Europe: gusts up to 140 km/h and transport disruptions

A strong cyclone will develop over the Atlantic at the turn of September and October, bringing gusts reaching up to 140 km/h locally and storms across parts of continental Europe. Transport disruptions are forecast. Poland will experience stronger winds, but gusts of this strength are expected to spare the country.
