Rheinmetall still hasn't delivered Skyranger 35 air-defence systems to Ukraine, two years after promise

German defence contractor Rheinmetall promised Ukraine Skyranger 35 anti-aircraft systems mounted on Leopard 1 tank chassis two years ago but has still not delivered them. The delay is raising concern given the ongoing aerial threats Ukraine faces. No official explanation for the hold-up has been provided.
