InPost takeover bid extended to 18 September 2026

A consortium of Advent, FedEx, A&R and PPF has extended the acceptance period for its takeover bid for all InPost shares to 18 September 2026. The extension is due to an updated timetable for obtaining the remaining antitrust approvals across relevant jurisdictions. The previous deadline has now been pushed back to allow regulators additional time to review the transaction.
