InPost Share Tender Deadline Extended to September 18

The deadline for accepting the tender offer for InPost shares has been extended to September 18, 2026, by the consortium of Advent, FedEx, A&R and PPF. The extension is due to ongoing antitrust review procedures. Investors now have more time to decide whether to sell their shares.
