Tourism record in Spain — nearly 46.6 million visitors in the first half of the year

Spain welcomed 9.7 million foreign tourists in June of this year, up 2.9% compared to the same month the previous year. In the first six months, arrivals rose 4.6% to nearly 46.6 million visitors. The growth is partly attributed to the rapid expansion of the short-term rental sector.
