Poles buying homes in Spain — more cautiously due to new rental rules

Poles bought 2,269 properties in Spain in the first half of this year, up 9% year-on-year. However, new short-term rental regulations are making buyers more cautious and selective. Agnieszka Marciniak-Kostrzewa of Agnes Inversiones says Polish clients are approaching purchases more carefully than last year.
