Russia strikes Kramatorsk residential buildings: 1 killed, 15 wounded

Russia struck Kramatorsk in the Donetsk region for the fourth time in two weeks on Thursday evening, hitting residential buildings. One person was killed and 15 were wounded in the attack. The city has been repeatedly targeted as part of ongoing Russian strikes on the so-called "fortress belt."
