Russian Navy officer who defected to Ukraine killed by bin bomb in Crimea

A Russian Navy officer who had previously defected to Ukraine was killed in Crimea by a bomb hidden inside a rubbish bin. Russian officials stated the suspect was acting "on instructions from Ukrainian intelligence agencies." Kyiv has not publicly commented on the attack.
