Tatras break visitor record — 18% more tourists than New Year's Eve

Zakopane and the Tatra Mountains are experiencing a record summer tourist peak. The Tatra Chamber of Commerce estimates visitor numbers are around 18% higher than last New Year's Eve. Hotels and guesthouses are fully booked, and queues are forming on popular hiking trails.
