Fiorini smashes marathon race walk world record by over 9 minutes in Birmingham

Italy's Sofia Fiorini smashed the women's marathon race walk world record by over nine minutes at the European Athletics Championships in Birmingham. Spain's Maria Perez also set a world record in the half-marathon race walk at the same event.
