Spatial planning reform from September 1 may raise land prices
Effective September 1, spatial planning system reforms may limit investment supply in municipalities lacking an overall development plan. RynekPierwotny.pl expert Jarosław Jędrzyński estimates there will not be an investment paralysis overnight, but reform effects may be visible in land prices in coming months. Municipalities without an overall plan will lose the ability to issue some building condition decisions.
