EU allocates humanitarian aid mainly to sub-Saharan Africa

The European Union will unlock aid funds for regions hit by humanitarian crises, directing most financing to sub-Saharan Africa. The money will support action on migration, armed conflicts, and food insecurity. Assistance will also reach other crisis-stricken regions.
