Oura, manufacturer of smart rings that monitor health, filed documents for listing on Nasdaq in New York. The company is headquartered in San Francisco and counts Prince Harry, Jennifer Aniston and Kim Kardashian among its known fans and ambassadors. Documents were made public on Thursday.
